Returns

The customer has the right to return a product purchased through our SHOP and to obtain the replacement or refund of the same. Replacement with products of lower value will not be allowed. To start the procedure, you can write to our email address info@rosasgioiellerie.com

All returns must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all watch documents and with the original sales receipt attached.

All returned products will undergo a quality check before being accepted. We will not accept products that show signs of wear, alteration (for example changes in size or removal of any protective plastic), damage or tampering.
